ABOUT THE ARTIST
Originally from the small mountain town of New Paltz, NY, Lillian moved to New York City in 2017 to attend The William Esper Studio for Acting. Since then, Lillian has allowed her acting training to influence her visual art. Having a direct channel into the understanding of emotion, the body, energy, and connection with others has been essential for Lillian in creating evocative (and sometimes provocative) images in her paintings. Lillian is most often inspired by the imagery in dreams, fantasy, magic, and the mystery and intrigue of the unknown. A more recent artistic medium for Lillian is filmmaking, with her debut short film Alouette premiering Spring 2024.

COMMISSIONS
Commissions for custom paintings are currently open! To have a custom piece made, submit through the contact section below. I generally reply within a few hours, and from there we will discuss what you have in mind. Preliminary sketches can also be made for you upon request to ensure that you get exactly what you imagined. Rates are based off of size of canvas, level of detail, and creation time. 50% of fee is requested at the start of the painting, and the remaining 50% is paid upon completion.
CLOTHING COMMISSIONS
All clothing pieces are painted with high quality, multi surface, durable acrylic paint and finished with a clear water resistant seal varnish. Custom clothing paintings are great gifts, a fantastic way to give your favorite pieces a second life, or simply a unique addition to your personal style. The creation process will follow the same guidelines as general commissions, beginning with submitting a request through the Contact form below. Once I receive your request, I’ll work with you step by step to create your custom piece of clothing art. As with general commissions, rates are based on size, detail and time, with 50% paid upon request and the remaining 50% upon completion.
COLLABORATION COMMISSIONS FOR MUSIC/FILM/MEDIA
One of my favorite things as an artist is creating pieces with other artists. I will work with you every step of the way to create exactly what you're looking for. I view a painting for your film, album, book, etc. as a visual representation of your art, an extension of your creative vision. I invite you to be as involved as you'd like in the creation of the painting, sending you frequent updates during every stage of the process. My goal in our collaboration is to give you a piece that wholly encapsulates your vision for your art.
